For those of you who use my services (such as graphic design, e-book design, or other soft file design):
- Brief & Specifications: Work will be carried out based on the brief agreed upon at the outset. Changes to the brief midway through the project may incur an additional fee.
- Revisions: Each service package is allowed three revisions. Additional revisions or major changes outside the initial brief will incur an additional fee of 20% of the purchased service price.
- Timeframe: The estimated timeframe will be provided after the complete brief is received. Delays in client response will impact the project completion deadline.

3. Digital Product Terms
Specifically for purchases of digital assets such as e-books, physical books, and templates:
- Usage License: The digital product you purchase is subject to a Personal Use License, unless you join an affiliate program. You are prohibited from sharing, reselling, or distributing the raw files to others without my written permission.
- File Format: The product is delivered in digital format (no physical delivery). Please ensure you have a compatible device or application to open the file.

4. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment: Payment for digital products is made in full. For services, a 50% down payment is required, and the balance is due before the final file is delivered.
- Digital Product Refunds: Due to the immediately accessible/downloadable nature of digital products, there are no refunds for any digital product purchases.
- Service Refunds: Unilateral cancellation by the client after the work has begun will result in the forfeiture of the down payment and non-refundable compensation for the time already spent.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website (text, images, designs) is owned by Putrimiia, except for third-party assets used under official license. For services, copyright of the final work will belong to the Client after payment is made, but I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio.
6. Limitation of Liability
I try to provide the best results, but I am not responsible for any indirect losses or technical problems arising from incorrect use of the product/service by the client in the future.
